A place to gather
Seating and layouts for conversation, stories and shared learning, sized to your group and site.
Bespoke spaces shaped around your grounds, pupils, everyday use and budget.

Your school comes first.
Who will use the space? What would you like to do there? How will it fit into the school day?
NOOK considers space, access and budget together, creating practical designs for staff and different ways for pupils to take part.

Every piece is shaped by hand in North Wales.
We work with a range of timbers, chosen for how the space will be used and the conditions each space will face, using locally sourced materials where suitable.
Natural forms, smooth edges and careful joints, so surfaces are comfortable for small hands and everyday use.
Wood settles into its surroundings over time, and aftercare helps each space stay in good use for years.
“Having such uniquely designed and accessible spaces allows our children to spend increased time outdoors in natural environments, reducing stress and anxiety, while promoting positive mental health and well-being.”

A small corner can be enough to begin. Modest designs and phased improvements help you prioritise now and build on them later — no large woodland or expensive structure needed.
With you throughout, including aftercare.
A conversation about your space. No pressure to commit.
