Privacy notice

Who we are

This website is run by NOOK Outdoor Learning, which designs and builds bespoke outdoor learning spaces for schools in North Wales. You can reach us by phone or WhatsApp from our About & contact page.

The enquiry form

The website includes an enquiry form asking for your name, school or setting, email address, town or area and what you have in mind. At present, online enquiries are not open: information typed into the form is not sent to us or stored anywhere. It stays in your browser and is cleared when you leave or refresh the page.

If the form is connected in future, this notice will be updated to explain what is collected, why, how long it is kept and who can access it before any information is received.

Analytics and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools. See our cookie information for more detail.

Website hosting

Like most websites, our hosting provider may process basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages securely. We do not use this to identify you.

Links to other websites

Some pages link to other organisations, such as research publishers and news sites. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal information, including access and erasure. You can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
